In post offices equipped with eligible self-service kiosks, you can send money independently and pay for your transfer using your bank card.

How to send money via a kiosk in 3 easy steps:

Confirm your identity

If you have made at least one Western Union over-the-counter transfer since January 1, 2021, confirm your identity on the machine with your ID.

If you haven’t made a Western Union over-the-counter transfer since January 1, 2021:

  • Register first on our website (find out how below);
  • Once your account has been registered and activated, confirm your identity at the machine using your ID.

Set up your money transfer right at the kiosk

Provide the destination country, the amount you wish to send and your receiver’s details.

Pay directly at the kiosk

Use a French bank card only. You can spend up to 1,500 € per transaction (including the transfer fee1)
